Manage your account and plans, understand what each trust label means, and find the right public information when the service or product needs attention.
Account and plans #
Use account settings for your profile name, security, and available plan options. Billing belongs to the Web account; local Studio creation remains available separately.
Recover access through the supported reset flow. After a suspected credential exposure, reset the account secret and review devices, tokens, Agent Access connections, and active sessions.
Read trust signals #
A trust label should answer a specific question: who published it, whether the file or Resource was reviewed, whether dependencies are clear, whether the version is current, or another named check. Read the explanation instead of treating every badge as a guarantee of safety or compatibility.
Where to look #
| Page | Use |
|---|---|
| Status | Current service health and incidents |
| Updates | Product changes and release context |
| FAQ | Common product and account questions |
| Contact or support | A case that needs direct help |
| Docs troubleshooting | Details to collect before reporting a defect |
Report a useful issue #
Include the product page, exact action, time, version, account state, visible error, and the smallest reproducible input you can share safely. Remove tokens, private prompts, paths, and personal media from screenshots or logs.
