ST STUDIO - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Revision: October 6, 2026
This revision applies to App versions distributed with this EULA. It does not retroactively replace the EULA supplied with an earlier App version.
This EULA governs the ST Studio desktop application ("App") provided by Tea Time Labs ("Sweet Tea," "we," "us," "our"). By installing or using the App after this EULA is presented to you, you agree to this EULA, subject to applicable law.
1. License grant
Sweet Tea grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for lawful purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law
- Modify or create derivative works of the App
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without written permission
- Circumvent feature gating, licensing, security, or update mechanisms
- Use the App unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, for sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, for nonconsensual intimate imagery, or for deceptive impersonation, fraud, threats, or targeted harassment
These restrictions do not limit rights granted by the licenses of separately licensed third-party or open-source components. Lawful, consensual adult creative work is not prohibited merely because it is adult or artistic.
3. Ownership
The App and all related intellectual property are owned by Sweet Tea or its licensors. This EULA grants a license, not a sale. As between you and Sweet Tea, you retain any rights you hold in your inputs and outputs. This does not create copyright or other rights that the law does not recognize or transfer rights belonging to others.
4. Updates
The App may include updates, fixes, and new versions. Some updates may be required for security or compatibility.
5. Local-first data
The App may store data locally on your device (e.g., projects, prompts, history, settings). You are responsible for your local environment and backups. Enabling online features is not a substitute for maintaining your own backups. Local execution does not mean all App features operate offline. Downloads, model-information lookups, accounts, publishing, sync, and remote connections communicate over the network. Sync can include prompt text, workflow graphs, settings, and other supported working records. Publishing shares .tea packages, listings, and previews through the Services; check every included file and remove secrets or private material before sharing.
6. Online features
If you sign in, use the directory, publish, or use sync features, those features are governed by the Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use and Content Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

6.1 Third-party models, nodes, and services
You choose which third-party models, custom nodes, workflows, engines, and services to download, install, or run. Their licenses and terms govern their use and may restrict commercial use, modification, or redistribution. This EULA does not grant rights to those components beyond their own licenses. Review the exact component/version and source before use; custom nodes and other downloaded code can affect your device and data.
A model license and rights in a generated output are separate questions. You are responsible for your inputs, intended use, and use or distribution of outputs, including any copyright, likeness, privacy, trademark, or other permissions required. Sweet Tea does not promise that outputs are unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or cleared for commercial use. A Pipe, first-party example, catalog listing, or Verified label does not certify third-party licensing, ownership, safety, or legal compliance. Review the evidence and limitations for the version you use.
If you connect to a remote engine or provider, it may receive prompts, media, workflow inputs, or credentials needed for the action you choose. Its own terms, privacy practices, usage limits, and fees apply. Protect your credentials and review what each connection sends.
7. Disclaimers
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SWEET TEA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEET TEA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEET TEA'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SWEET TEA IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
Nothing in this EULA excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections under applicable law continue to apply.
9. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Sweet Tea may terminate this EULA if you violate it. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles.
