ST STUDIO - TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of (a) the ST Studio website located at https://sweettea.co (the "Site"), and (b) the related online services, including accounts, the pipe directory, community features, and sync services (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Tea Time Labs ("Sweet Tea," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Services

ST Studio offers:

A creator-first ecosystem for discovering and sharing Pipes distributed as .tea packages.
Account features, community profiles, and a pipe directory.
Optional account continuity, sync, publishing, and Agent Access features.

The ST Studio desktop application ("Studio App") may be governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA). Your use of the Site and Services remains subject to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials,
All activity under your account,
Keeping account information accurate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Content Policy.

5. Current product access

Current capabilities are available subject to these Terms, account security, ownership checks, safety policy, abuse prevention, and published usage limits. We may adjust common limits to keep the Services reliable and safe.

6. User content: Pipes, .tea packages, previews, and community content

The Services may let you upload, publish, or share content including Pipes (.tea packages), pipe metadata, descriptions, preview images, comments, and profile information ("User Content").

6.1 You own your User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content.

6.2 License you grant to Sweet Tea

To operate the Services, you grant Sweet Tea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and make your User Content available solely to:

Operate and provide the Services,
Display content in the directory/community features (as configured by you and by our policies),
Moderate and enforce these Terms and the Content Policy,
Maintain and improve reliability, safety, and usability.

You can remove User Content where removal features are provided, but copies may persist for a limited time in backups and logs.

6.3 Preview image visibility and NSFW controls

Pipe listings may include a single preview image. By default:

Preview images are visible only to logged-in users, and
Preview images designated NSFW are hidden unless the viewer has enabled NSFW viewing.

We may adjust preview visibility rules, require additional labeling, or remove previews/listings to comply with the Content Policy or legal obligations.

6.4 You are responsible for what you upload

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload and share your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms, the Content Policy, or the law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload malware or content that interferes with the Services,
Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or abuse of the Services,
Post unlawful content or content that violates the Content Policy,
Infringe intellectual property rights,
Misrepresent "Verified" status or impersonate others.

8. Verified Pipes

"Verified Pipes" are curated and tested according to internal criteria at the time of review. Verification status may change or be removed at any time.

Verified does not guarantee error-free operation or suitability for your specific use.

9. Third-party services and dependencies

The Services may integrate with third-party providers and may reference or rely on third-party tools and dependencies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

Pipes may reference or depend on third-party components. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with any third-party licenses.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Sweet Tea does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and does not guarantee that any pipe, workflow, or output will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEET TEA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Indemnification

If you upload or publish User Content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweet Tea from claims arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Content Policy, or if required by law.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates and revise the effective date. Material changes may be communicated via the Services or email.
