These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of (a) the Sweet Tea Studio website located at https://sweettea.co (the "Site"), and (b) the related online services, including accounts, the pipe directory, community features, and sync services (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Tea Time Labs ("Sweet Tea," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Sweet Tea Studio desktop application ("Studio App") may be governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA). Your use of the Site and Services remains subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Content Policy.
Sweet Tea Community features are available at no cost, subject to these Terms.
Sweet Tea Plus is currently offered at $4.99/month (pricing shown at checkout controls if it differs). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe (or another payment processor we may use). We do not store full payment card details.
All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
The Services may let you upload, publish, or share content including Pipes (.tea packages), pipe metadata, descriptions, preview images, comments, and profile information ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
To operate the Services, you grant Sweet Tea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and make your User Content available solely to:
You can remove User Content where removal features are provided, but copies may persist for a limited time in backups and logs.
Pipe listings may include a single preview image. By default:
We may adjust preview visibility rules, require additional labeling, or remove previews/listings to comply with the Content Policy, payment processor requirements, or legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload and share your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms, the Content Policy, or the law.

"Verified Pipes" are curated and tested according to internal criteria at the time of review. Verification status may change or be removed at any time.
Verified does not guarantee error-free operation or suitability for your specific use.
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) and may reference or rely on third-party tools and dependencies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Pipes may reference or depend on third-party components. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with any third-party licenses.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Sweet Tea does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and does not guarantee that any pipe, workflow, or output will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEET TEA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SWEET TEA IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
If you upload or publish User Content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweet Tea from claims arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Content Policy, or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates and revise the effective date. Material changes may be communicated via the Services or email.
