Acceptable Use and Content Policy
Last revised: October 6, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to use of the Services and content you upload, publish, link, or share through them. The desktop EULA addresses use of the App.
1. Prohibited use and content
Do not use the Services to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, including AI-generated material.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery, including synthetic or altered sexual imagery of an identifiable person without their consent, or threats to share it.
- Deceptive impersonation, fraud, or content falsely presented as an authentic statement or act of a person in a way that harms or deceives others.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, or unlawful disclosure of private information.
- Content or distribution that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or violates a model, software, or asset license.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, circumvention of security controls, or interference with the Services.
2. Adult content and labeling
Lawful, consensual adult creative work is not prohibited merely because it is adult or artistic. These rules still apply, and material intended for adults must be labeled using the available NSFW controls. Do not expose minors to adult content or evade visibility restrictions. A label does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.
3. Packages, models, and outputs
Check every file in a .tea package before publishing, including extra assets, prompts, metadata, code, and any model files. Remove secrets and personal information you do not have permission to share. Obtain the rights needed for redistribution; permission to run a model does not necessarily permit sharing its weights or using it commercially.
You remain responsible for how you use third-party models and nodes and how you use or distribute outputs. A Pipe, catalog entry, first-party example, or Verified label does not supply missing permissions.
4. Reports and enforcement
Use Report content or a rights concern to report a concern without signing in. Signed-in users can also use a Pipe’s report control.
We may review reports, request information, restrict visibility, remove content, or suspend access for violations or legal requirements. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact support with the affected link and the reason for your request for review. We do not promise to inspect every file or monitor every use of the desktop App.
