Web Platform Overview

Sweet Tea isn't just a desktop app — the web platform at sweettea.co is where you discover workflows other creators have shared, publish your own, manage your account, and maintain continuity across devices. This chapter gives you a tour of what's there and how to navigate it.

What's on the Web

The web platform serves several purposes depending on who you are:

If you're brand new — The website is your first stop for understanding what Sweet Tea does, downloading the app, reading the FAQ, and browsing available Pipes to see what's possible.

If you're an existing Studio user — The web extends your experience with a Pipes catalog, account management, device and token controls, sync management, and publishing tools for sharing your workflows with others.

Here's what you'll find:

Creator Profiles and Users Directory

Every creator on the platform has a public profile showing their published Pipes, bio, and activity. You can find creators through the users directory or by clicking on a creator name from any Pipe listing.

Profiles help you evaluate trust and relevance:

  • What has this creator published?
  • How long have they been active?
  • Are they verified?

Follow and Unfollow

You can follow creators whose work you find interesting. Following is the start of a creator graph — it helps the platform surface relevant content and lets you keep track of creators who are producing work you care about.

Follow and unfollow from any creator profile page. Your follow list is accessible from your account area.

Tip: Following active creators is a good way to discover new Pipes as they're published, especially in niches that aren't well-represented in the main catalog yet.

Trust, Verification, and Reporting

When browsing Pipes from the catalog, a few trust signals help you evaluate what you're looking at:

  • Verified and Verified+ badges — These indicate creators who've been through the platform's verification process. They're presented as explicit trust indicators, not vague quality hints.
  • Version history and usage stats — A Pipe with multiple versions and active usage is more likely to be maintained and reliable.
  • Reporting — If you encounter something suspicious, misleading, or broken, use the report flow from the Pipe detail page. Reports are reviewed by the team.

The Creator Program and Verification pages explain how trust and reputation work on the platform in more detail.

Note: If you see a Pipe that seems suspicious or broken, use the report button on its detail page. Reports help keep the catalog trustworthy for everyone.

Other Surfaces

A few more pages you might need:

  • Updates — /updates for product news and release announcements
  • Contact — /contact for reaching the team
  • Legal — Terms, privacy policy, data processing agreement, acceptable use policy, and refund policy are all at /legal/*
  • Machine-readable docs — /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt provide documentation indexes for AI-driven discovery tools
