SCAIL2 - Long videos + High-res fix + NVIDIA VSR + Interpolation — v1.0

Use this workflow to animate one or more characters from a character image and a reference or guiding video, transferring motion or recreating a performance and producing either a standalone clip or a version of the guiding video with the character replaced.

Use a simple text description to identify a subject for SAM3 pose detection and isolation from the guiding video.

For long videos, the workflow uses overlapping batch windows and can apply a high-res fix pass, NVIDIA VSR upscaling, and RIFE VFI interpolation.
