I thought I would share a simple workflow I've been using for removing watermarks from Sora videos.
What it does
This workflow:
loads your input video
uses SAM3Segment with the prompt "watermark" to detect the watermark on each frame
grows and feathers the mask slightly for smoother blending
passes the refined mask into SimpleWatermarkRemover using LAMA
AI-generated commentary
AI-generated explanation based on source and configuration details. Suggestions are clearly labeled.
Simple Video Watermark Remover — v1.0 is for removing watermarks from Sora videos. It takes an input video, detects the watermark on each frame, and outputs a rebuilt video with the original audio and FPS preserved.
SAM3Segment uses the prompt "watermark" to detect the watermark on each frame.
The mask is grown and feathered for smoother blending, then passed to SimpleWatermarkRemover using LAMA.
The optional Test Single Frame section lets you preview one frame before running the full video.
The input is a video, and the output is a rebuilt video with the watermark removed while the original audio and FPS are preserved.
