ZiT Studio — v1.1

ZiT Studio — v1.1 is a ComfyUI workflow for ZImageTurbo that generates images, inpaints, edits images image-to-image, and upscales them. Use an image for inpainting, image-to-image editing, or upscaling; the outputs are generated, edited, or upscaled images.

Image generation, inpainting, and upscaling are separate groups that can be toggled individually.

You can switch between creating images, inpainting, and image-to-image editing in a layout intended to resemble A1111/Forge.

Inpainting uses Alibaba-PAI's ControlnetUnion-2.1. Tile upscaling uses Alibaba-PAI's Tile Controlnet.

Upscaling options include latent upscale, tile upscale, and SeedVR2.

NAG supports negative prompts; SeedVariance nodes add variety between seeds; and ModelMergeSimple nodes let you use multiple LoRAs.

Setup notes call for `UltraFlux-Vae.safetensors` and say to install the capitanZiT scheduler by running `git clone https://github.com/capitan01R/ComfyUI-CapitanZiT-Scheduler.git` from a command prompt in `custom_nodes`.

Optional features are off by default: the LLM Prompt Enhancer uses Qwen3-4b-Thinking-2507, and the optional optimization uses Triton and Sageattention.

For a faithful 4K upscale, the notes recommend SeedVR2. After latent upscaling, they suggest tile upscaling when you want to bring out new details.

The notes say NAG inpainting does not work with the `scottmudge/ComfyUI-NAG` version and list the `pxllvr/ComfyUI-NAG` fork as a workaround.

If latent upscaling leaves artifacts near the bottom of an image at a particular aspect ratio, the notes suggest lowering denoise or trying tile upscale.
