The Tableside Kitchen Gourmands Society was established several decades ago by a group of culinary enthusiasts, chefs, and individuals passionate about food culture. They were enchanted by the deliciousness and the creative possibilities of using eggs as a primary ingredient, and they were determined to propagate and share this concept.
Initially, they commenced by conducting demonstrations of egg-based dishes at local cooking classes and food culture events. With time, they delved into the research of egg-centric food culture and the development of new dishes. They explored ways to integrate eggs into their regional culinary traditions.
TKGS gradually expanded its activities to promote international culinary culture exchanges and innovative programs such as the Egg Creation Project. Their enthusiasm and the support of their community have enabled them to disseminate new culinary approaches and the appeal of incorporating eggs into dishes worldwide.
