📝 Example Prompts

🌊 Child and Lighthouse

pencilart, A young child with tousled dark hair sits on a rocky shoreline, facing away from the viewer. The child is wearing a short-sleeved shirt and shorts, and is holding a pencil or stick in their right hand, as if drawing or pointing. In front of them lies an open book or sketchpad on the ground. The child is looking out toward a vast expanse of water, where a solitary lighthouse stands on a distant shore. The sky above is filled with streaks of dark, heavy clouds, suggesting an overcast or stormy day. The scene is rendered in monochrome, with strong contrasts between light and shadow.

🚤 Weathered Fishing Boat

pencilart, A weathered fishing boat is depicted, floating on calm water. The vessel has a wooden hull with visible planks and signs of wear, including scuff marks and faded paint. Its bow is pointed, and it is anchored with ropes extending from its sides. The boat features a cabin with multiple windows, and atop the cabin is a mast structure with a radar or similar equipment, along with antennas and rigging. A dark, rounded object, likely a buoy or fender, hangs from the side. The water reflects the boat’s silhouette, with ripples and shadows indicating gentle movement. The background is a hazy, indistinct horizon with faint landforms.

🎹 Man at the Piano

pencilart, A young man with tousled dark hair is seated at a piano, his body angled slightly away from the viewer but his head turned to look over his shoulder with a startled or intense expression. His hands are positioned on the keys, suggesting he is playing or about to play. To his right, on a surface above the piano, sits an hourglass, its sand visibly flowing from the top bulb to the bottom. The scene is rendered in monochrome, with strong contrasts between light and shadow, and the background is filled with swirling, chaotic lines that suggest motion or emotional turbulence. The piano and the hourglass are the central objects, with the man as the focal point of the composition.

⚙️ Recommended LoRA Strength

For Krea 2 , a LoRA strength between 1.0 and 1.8 can provide the best balance between the original model and the PencilArt style.

LoRA StrengthResult 1.0 – 1.2 Light and natural pencil influence while preserving more of the original subject and composition 1.3 – 1.5 Balanced expressive pencil style with clear linework, texture, and monochrome shading 1.6 – 1.8 Stronger artistic influence with more visible pencil texture, rough sketch details, and deeper dark accents

💡 Tip: Start around 1.3–1.5 for a balanced result, then adjust according to your preferred level of stylization.

⚠️ Note

Higher LoRA strengths may produce stronger pencil strokes, more crosshatching, rougher linework, darker shading, and a more abstract artistic appearance .

For the most natural balance between subject accuracy and the PencilArt style , lower to medium strengths are recommended.
