Loras used anywhere in the workflow should now be populated in the resource list when posting to CivitAI.

Optional Latent Upscale node between the 2 SamplerCustomAdvanced nodes.

This is intended for people not using the LC Speed Boost node, but want to upscale in latent space.

Optional image upscale via the Upscale Image and Upscale Image (using model) nodes.
