Step 4. Hit run and download. The model renders 81 frames and saves a 5-second MP4 at 16fps. Preview it in the workflow, then download. Ready for: Premiere · DaVinci Resolve · CapCut · After Effects

First time? Leave every setting as-is. The defaults (1280 x 720 · 81 frames · 10 steps · guidance 2 · fixed seed) are the right starting point for almost everyone.

Overview

This workflow animates a still into a cinematic clip using Wan 2.1 FusionX, a community fine-tune of Alibaba's Wan 2.1 14B image-to-video model by Vrgamedevgirl84. It is the base Wan 2.1 merged with several research models, including CausVid, AccVideo, and MoviiGen, which push motion quality, scene consistency, and detail. The merge has a cinematic bias, so it leans toward dramatic camera moves and moody lighting out of the box. It is also tuned for speed and holds up at 6 to 10 steps, up to 50% faster than base Wan 2.1, which makes it good for iterating on a shot. You upload an image, describe the shot, and get a 5-second clip back in about 2 minutes 38 seconds. No setup, no nodes to wire.

Who it's for: filmmakers, concept artists, and social creators who want cinematic image-to-video in ComfyUI without wiring the Wan nodes from scratch. Not for: readable in-frame text or complex multi-character choreography. It is a heavy render tuned for a single clear subject and a defined camera move.

Why Floyo

Floyo is the only ComfyUI platform built for teams in the browser.

Made for teams. Share run history, files, and models across your whole team. A teammate opens your exact run and picks up where you left off. No file handoffs, no version confusion.

No install, no setup. Every workflow and model is preloaded. Open it in your browser and run. Nothing to download, nothing to configure.

No local hardware. Workflows run on H100 NVL GPUs, so heavy models run fast without a card of your own. Your VRAM stops being the limit.

Open and closed models in one place. Floyo runs open-source workflows and API models side by side.

How to use (in your browser on Floyo)

Upload your reference image.

Describe the shot and the camera move, enable a second reference if you want a blend, then run.

Download the 5-second clip, ready for any editor.

Expectations The models are preloaded, so there is nothing to download. Running it needs a free Floyo account. Each clip takes about 2 minutes 38 seconds. A few things decide the result. Keep prompts short and cinematic, naming the camera move, the lighting, and the mood, since long prompts overload the model. If motion looks jittery, lower guidance toward 1. If the clip ignores your prompt, raise it a point at a time. Stay near the 720p training range, since going larger costs time and memory without a guaranteed quality gain. On licensing: base Wan 2.1 is Apache 2.0, but FusionX merges components under non-commercial licenses like CausVid's CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, so the creator states commercial use is not permitted. Do your own due diligence before using output commercially.

Use Cases

Cinematic Shots. Turn concept art or stills into clips with dramatic camera moves, volumetric lighting, and moody atmospherics.

Concept & Previz. Test how a frame moves before committing to a full production pass, fast enough at 10 steps to iterate.

Dual-Reference Compositing. Blend two reference images into one clip for character-in-environment shots or style transfers.

Social & Portfolio. Turn one still into a short, polished clip for Reels, TikTok, or a creative portfolio.
