Tim Burtonise Krea2

From twisted forests and moonlit graveyards to peculiar suburban homes, eerie carnival grounds, gothic romance, and fantastical character designs, Tim Burtonise is intended to give images the feeling of a frame taken from a darkly imaginative cinematic universe.

This is a complete Krea 2 recreation of my earlier SDXL/Pony Tim Burtonise LoRA. It is not merely a conversion of the original model. The concept and visual identity have been rebuilt around Krea 2’s stronger natural-language understanding, composition, lighting, anatomy, environmental detail, and overall visual coherence.

It forms part of my ongoing effort to create a broader multi-style fantasy LoRA suite , exploring distinctive fictional worlds, surreal aesthetics, dark fantasy, childhood imagination, and cinematic visual storytelling.

While experimental by nature, the model has proven flexible across portraits, full-body characters, creatures, architecture, landscapes, fashion, horror-comedy, and more unusual conceptual prompts.

✍️ Prompting

Start your prompt with:

in the style of tim_burtonise

The trigger should appear near the beginning of the prompt so that the style establishes itself before the subject, environment, and finer visual details are introduced.

Example:

in the style of tim_burtonise, a lonely young inventor standing inside a crooked attic workshop filled with strange mechanical creations, enormous expressive eyes, messy black hair, long narrow silhouette, moonlight pouring through a warped circular window, gothic storybook atmosphere, cinematic composition

The LoRA is designed around Krea 2’s natural-language prompting, so descriptive sentences generally work better than long strings of disconnected tags.

🧪 Style Characteristics

Tim Burtonise may introduce or enhance:

Elongated figures and exaggerated silhouettes

Large, highly expressive eyes

Pale faces and dramatic character expressions

Thin limbs, angular shapes, and stylized anatomy

Crooked buildings and distorted storybook architecture

Twisted trees, graveyards, fog, and moonlit landscapes

Gothic, Victorian, and vintage-inspired clothing

Pinstripes, lace, stitched fabrics, and theatrical costumes

Deep shadows and strongly directional lighting

Muted palettes interrupted by bold accent colours

Stop-motion-inspired forms and tactile textures

Melancholic, eccentric, charming, or unsettling moods

Surreal environments with dreamlike visual logic

Dark fantasy blended with playful visual humour

Cinematic compositions with strong narrative atmosphere

The style can range from softly whimsical and romantic to gloomy, eerie, nightmarish, or absurd depending on the wording of the prompt.

🎭 What You Can Create

The LoRA works especially well for:

Original character designs

Gothic fashion portraits

Strange family portraits

Haunted forests and graveyards

Crooked villages and peculiar houses

Fantasy creatures and monsters

Eerie children’s-book imagery

Dark romantic scenes

Surreal suburban environments

Halloween-inspired artwork

Stop-motion-style characters

Gothic fairytales

Strange inventors and eccentric aristocrats

Melancholic heroines and theatrical villains

Anthropomorphic animals

Whimsical horror and horror-comedy

Reimagining ordinary subjects through a darker fantasy lens

It is not limited to human characters. Animals, robots, vehicles, buildings, food, objects, and entire environments can all be transformed through the style.

🕯️ Creative Notes

The model responds strongly to emotional and environmental language.

Words such as melancholic , eccentric , whimsical , haunted , crooked , theatrical , peculiar , storybook , macabre , dreamlike , and bittersweet can noticeably influence the final mood.

For more unsettling results, describe sharp silhouettes, deep shadows, fog, dead trees, graveyards, distorted architecture, and intense expressions.

For gentler results, focus on romantic moonlight, playful characters, quaint environments, handcrafted textures, soft melancholy, and charming visual oddities.

The strongest images usually come from treating the prompt like a description of a scene from a film rather than simply listing visual tags.
