Wan2.2 Animate + SAM3 - 1 minute long videos — v1.0

This workflow animates a character from a full reference image using a video reference, or swaps a character into an existing video with SAM3 masking, producing an animated or character-swapped video.

SAM3 handles character masking, while looping processes longer videos.

For character animation, use a full character reference image and a video reference; for a character swap, start with an existing video. The result is a video.
