✨ Release Notes V3 — Stable Version

🇺🇸 English

Hi everyone! 👋

As promised, I’m finally bringing you a fully functional Anime → Real workflow — this is no longer an experimental setup, but something you can actually rely on for consistent results. 🚀

🔥 What’s New

✅ Stable & reproducible pipeline — tested and confirmed to work consistently

🎯 Designed specifically for anime → realistic character transformation

⚡ Improved realism, skin texture, lighting, and facial structure fidelity

🧠 How It Works

This workflow is built around my F2K model — Moody Desire Mix 💎

It acts as the core transformation model , converting anime features into realistic human structure

Handles base identity, proportions, and overall style translation

However, to push realism even further... 👇

✨ Enhancement Stack (Optional but Recommended)

Paired with my ZIT models to:

Enhance photorealism

Improve detail richness

Refine lighting & texture quality

💡 You can skip the ZIT stage if you prefer a lighter or faster workflow, but for best results, I highly recommend keeping it enabled.

🎭 Character Realism

Included in the ZIP: Anime → Real consistency LoRA

Helps maintain realistic character across generations

Huge thanks to @AIGC_Singularity for his lora contribution 🙏

📦 Package Includes

Full workflow (ready to import)

Required LoRA (pre-configured)

Example settings for quick start

⚠️ Notes

Works best with high-quality anime inputs

Results may vary depending on pose, lighting, and prompt quality

GPU memory requirements can vary depending on upscale settings

💬 Final Words

Your support really means a lot ❤️

I’ve been getting pretty busy with life lately, but I’ll continue doing my best to improve and update my models and workflows whenever possible.

Hope you enjoy this one — and as always, feel free to share your results! 🔥

Cheers 🍻

F2K — Moody Desire Mix 💎

特别感谢 @AIGC_Singularity 提供的 Lora 支持🙏

所需 LoRA(已配置在ZIP文档内)

V2.0 Release!

EN 🇺🇸

⚠️ DISCLAIMER: This is NOT the “perfect” anime ➜ real workflow — it’s simply me pushing the limits of what Zimage ControlNet can do right now. Without a proper Zimage Edit model release, this will most likely be the final update for this workflow. I am more like testing the upper limit of Zimage without using any Edit models.

That said... I’ll be working on a true anime ➜ real pipeline using my Flux.2 Klein model 👀so stay tuned.

✨ What’s New:

🔧 Adjusted ControlNet settings to reduce defects

📏 Dynamic resizing based on long edge

🧠 Dual ControlNet setup for better structure control

✍️ Stronger Florence 2 prompt generation with more aggressive filtering

🗂️ Cleaner, reorganized workflow + optimized settings (aligned with my newer workflows)

🆚 Added side-by-side comparison preview + auto save

💡 Added built-in tips for generation & troubleshooting

🛟 QoL update: new “save me daddy” switch

⚠️ What’s Bad:

🎭 Results may look less similar to the original image

⏳ Slightly longer generation time

❤️ Final Words: Thanks for all the support along the way — really appreciate it 🙏 Have fun and enjoy creating! 🎉

CN 🇨🇳

This workflow is designed to transform anime-style images into high-quality, photorealistic outputs while preserving the original composition, character identity, and mood.

Unlike simple style transfer, this pipeline focuses on reconstructing realistic facial structure, skin texture, lighting, and material details from stylized inputs. The goal is not just realism—but believable photography.

🔹 Key Features

Character Preservation Maintains pose, framing, and key identity traits from the original anime image.

Photorealistic Skin & Lighting Rebuilds natural skin tones, micro-textures, and physically plausible lighting.

Controlled Stylization Balance Reduces anime artifacts (flat shading, linework) while avoiding overcorrection or distortion.

High-Resolution Friendly Works well with upscaling pipelines for clean, detailed final outputs.

This workflow also integrates Florence 2 for automatic prompt detection, along with Zimage Turbo ControlNet to preserve pose and composition. The settings are carefully tuned—please try to keep them unchanged, as they’ve been optimized over 3 sleepless days and nights to achieve a balanced result.

The workflow is compatible with all Moody Zimage Turbo and distilled models. All demo images were generated using Moody Porn V10 DPO .

FAQ:

Still look kinda anime?

Paste the output back to input and run again!
