PriFold

📥 Installation Guide

Getting the Model

  1. Download the entire model/ directory and place it under your PriFold folder

Setting Up Data

  1. Download data.tar.gz and place it under your PriFold folder
  2. Extract the archive: 
    tar -zxvf data.tar.gz
  3. This will create a data/ folder containing:
    • bpRNA dataset
    • ArchiveII dataset
    • RNAStrAlign dataset

📁 Directory Structure

After setup, your folder structure should look like this:

PriFold/
├── model/
│   └── [model files]
├── data/
│   ├── bpRNA/
│   ├── ArchiveII/
│   └── RNAStrAlign/
└── data.tar.gz
