Subject Manager is a multimodal visual asset management suite for ComfyUI. It organizes, trims, and injects references (Images, Audio, Video, and Prompts) into multimodal generative models (Designed primarily for MiniMax H3 but can easily be adapted to other formats.).

Featuring an in-graph DOM interface directly inside the ComfyUI canvas, it builds structured libraries of Characters, Objects, and Environments while automatically generating synchronized prompt templates.

1. SubjectManagerNode

• Main UI container node hosting the interactive graphical widget.
• Inputs: seed (randomization control), subject_data (internal JSON payload).
• Output: subject_data (structured payload for the unpack node).

2. SubjectUnpackNode

• Decodes, processes, and outputs active media assets into the workflow.
• Parameters:
  • fps: Sampling framerate for video frames (default: 24).
  • image_max_megapixel: Proportional max-megapixel limit for images without cropping (default: 1.0 MP).
  • video_max_megapixel: Max-megapixel resolution for video frames (default: 0.5 MP).
  • max_duration: Maximum extraction duration for audio/video in seconds (default: 15.0s).
  • prefix: Multiline string prepended to the final prompt (default: subject_definitions: \n).
