Uses comfy.sd.load_lora_for_models — identical to the LoRA Loader node in ComfyUI core.
This avoids the per-step hook weight patching that causes ~15 min stalls on 14B offloaded models.
The MODEL output should go to the KSampler model input; positive/negative are passed through unchanged.

Decision rule (rigoroso):
- Relay OFF if no ShotPlanner row has BOTH use_prompt=True AND a non-empty
relay_prompt text. In that case the node is a pure pass-through: the
``positive`` conditioning already encoded upstream is returned unchanged
and the original model is returned unpatched.
- Relay ON if at least one row satisfies the rule above. The node then
calls ComfyUI-PromptRelay's original ``_encode_relay`` 1:1, exactly as
IAMCCS_CinePromptRelaySafeEncode does.
Why this exists instead of IAMCCS_CinePromptRelaySafeEncode:
- Reading all relay parameters from cine_linx avoids a fan-out of separate
wires for global_prompt, local_prompts, segment_lengths and epsilon.
- The explicit ``positive`` bypass input makes the OFF path a true
zero-re-encode bypass, not a fresh CLIPTextEncode of the global prompt.
- ``clip`` and ``latent`` are declared lazy so they are not executed when
the relay is OFF and only the bypass path runs.
