SillyTavern Expression pack generator, QWEN Image Edit 2509, 12GB VRAM Workflow

This workflow is for creating expression packs for SillyTavern or a VN/RPG game: it takes an image and character name, lets you choose background handling and one or multiple expressions, and places the result in the output folder.

Drag and drop an image, choose with or without a background and one or multiple expressions, enter a character name, then press “Run”.

For already created images, choose “Enable Saved result BG Removed” to remove the background; animated expressions can be saved as WebP.

Expression sets use paired image-name and positive-prompt lists, and both lists must contain the same number of entries.

You can choose one expression or multiple expressions; the multiple-expression option is 28 by default.

The listed setup includes an RTX 3060 with 12 GB VRAM, 32 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, and a Ryzen 7500F CPU.

It uses the Qwen base model and lists Qwen-Image-Edit-2509-Q3_K_S.gguf as the main model.

To change the expression list, add, edit, or delete entries in both columns, keeping the image names and positive prompts the same length.

For background removal, accept the Bria-RMBG-2.0 license and place all model files in ComfyUI\models\rembg\RMBG-2.0.
